Quick and Easy White Truffle Pasta

Serves 2 People as a main course - can easily be adapted to starter portions.

Ingredients

< ol>-1kg Tagliatelle Pasta
-100g Butter
-1 Chicken Stock Cube
-Large Teaspoon Elle Esse White Truffle Sauce or Urbani White Truffle Paste
-Drizzle of White Truffle Oil
- Grated Parmesan to taste
-Season with salt and fresh coarse ground pepper

In Season accentuate with shavings of fresh truffles.

Method

  1. Boil the pasta as per usual - leaving it slightly al dente for the best results
  2. Melt the butter in a skillet and add to it the truffle paste/sauce and crumble in the chicken stock cube.
  3. When ready mix the butter sauce to the pasta. Sprinkle with parmesan and salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle with truffle oil if desired.
  4. Finish the dish with shavings of fresh truffle if they are in season
