Urbani Tartufata, 200g
Urbani Salsa Tartufata is an outstanding product that combines Summer Truffles and Gourmet Mushrooms.
The summer truffles and gourmet mushrooms are finely chopped to create an aromatic flavour and heady smell that has the earthiness of the truffle combined with the floral notes of the mushrooms.
The Tartufata is wonderful used as a topping for crostini.
With a long shelf life, it needs to be refrigerated after being opened.
