15 baby squid
6 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 bunch flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
3 tbls extra virgin olive oil
sea salt and ground black pepper to taste
Mix the garlic and parsley and leave to infuse. Place a large heavy frying pan on a high heat until just beginning to smoke. Add the squid and fry, tossing them to ensure even heating; three minutes should be enough because you don't want them to become chewy. When ready add the garlic and parsley mix, give a quick stir and place on warmed serving dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper.(Needs to be ordered 24 hours before delivery day)
