Seared squid
15 baby squid
6 cloves garlic finely chopped
1 bunch flat leaf parsley finely chopped
3 tbls extra virgin olive oil
sea salt and ground black pepper to taste
Mix the garlic and parsley and leave to infuse. Place a large heavy frying pan on a high heat until just beginning to smoke. Add the squid and fry, tossing them to ensure even heating, three minutes should be enough because you don't want them to become chewy. When ready add the garlic and parsley mix, give a quick stir and place on warmed serving dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper.(Needs to be ordered 24 hours before delivery day)
