Featured in Raymond Blanc's kitchen as his personal choice of olive oil, it is not hard to understand why: it has unique superb flavours that only come from the very best olives. This has been tried and tested and is our personal favourite.
This is a fine consistent extra virgin olive oil from the French Moulin Cornille Olive cooperative. It is an AOC olive oil, which means that not only only the provenance of the olives, but also the pressing, has to be monitored. This ensures the very finest of olives are harvested then pressed in the traditional way to bring you an oil that will dazzle you with it's rich fresh taste.
