Tobiko, or flying fish roe, is naturally reddish-orange and has a mildly salty taste with smoky aftertones. This flying fish roe has a full-bodied texture, almost a crunch to it. Tobiko is classically used to top sushi, but do not be limited by that: Tobiko makes a wonderful garnish and can be used in many different ways. (Needs to be ordered 24 hours before delivery day)
