Sorrel has a fresh, slightly acidic, mouth-tingling taste and needs no vinegar or lemon in the dressing. Simply toss with olive oil, sea salt and black pepper. Try adding a few shredded leaves to cream cheese, or shred some into soft goat's cheese and spread on toast. Spread the leaves with a little cream cheese and a sliver of smoked salmon and roll up for delicious treat. (Needs to be ordered 24 hours before delivery day)
