Black Pearl Sea Scallops (frozen) are hand selected after they have been harvested along the Atlantic seaboard and processed daily.
They are frozen at sea within an hour of harvesting, ensuring a premium textured superior scallop.
These scallops are excellent in a wide variety of recipes and are so convenient as they offer you an increased shelf life, without compromising the superior taste, texture and appearance.
This product is 1kg in weight with approx 20 - 25 Sea Scallops included (depending on size). (Needs to be ordered 24 hours before delivery day)
