They are frozen at sea within an hour of harvesting ensuring a premium textured superior scallop.
These scallops are excellent in a wide variety of recipes and are so convenient as they offer you an increased shelf life, without compromising the superior tast, texture and appearance.
This product is 1kg in weight with approx 20 - 25 Sea Scallops included (depending on size).
