Salmon supremes, skinless, boneless, frozen, 10 x 195g*

These premium quality salmon steaks can be used in so many recipes. An excellent source of omega 3, delicious, versatile, the queen of fish. Salmon can be easily fried, poached, or baked but why not try our recipe for Japanese Salmon. (*approx weight).

Recipe

Japanese salmon

5 salmon fillets
75 ml soy sauce
1 tsp wasabi paste
1 tsp sesame oil

Place all ingredients in a plastic bag, shake and leave for 15 minutes, gently shaking every few minutes.. Heat a large heavy frying pan, lift the salmon out of the bag, ensuring that the marinade is kept, and place in frying pan. Fry on medium high heat for three minutes, then turn over, after a further two minutes add remaining marinade and fry for one more minute. (Needs to be ordered 24 hours before delivery day)
