Imperial Baeri Caviar 25g: The Imperial Baeri Caviar is now farmed in the Aquitaine region of France. The Baeri gives fine grains that have a grey to golden-brown colour and the caviar has a fine taste with a hint of nuttiness similar to that of the Oscietra.
White Sturgeon Caviar 25g: comes from a specific breed of sturgeon, the Transmontanus, farmed in Italy. This caviar has a smooth, robust and nutty flavour and its fine grains seduce the most demanding connoisseurs of caviar.
