The fresh oysters that London Fine Foods sells are sourced only from the Essex coast (Maldon) or the Cornish coat (Carlingford Loch) to ensure that they come from the cleanest waters. The oysters are picked and put into purification tanks for at least 42 hours, they are then taken out in the morning and packed up and sent out in the afternoon ensuring that they are some of the freshest oysters money can buy. (Needs to be ordered 24 hours before delivery day)
