Bottarga is delicious thinly sliced, drizzled with lemon juice and layered over pasta, beans, salads, or simply drizzle with finest olive oils and spread over rustic bread. Bottarga has a luxurious taste and texture and must be tried by all foodies.
This is a perfectly ripened bottarga, with clear, even, roe. This bottarga is salted, pressed, and then air-dried until the moment of perfection. You really must experience this fishy treat.
