Quince jelly glaze
100g quince jelly
3 cloves garlic finely chopped
50g unsalted butter
1tbsp chopped fresh rosemary salt and pepper to taste
a small sauce pan melt the butter and add the chopped garlic, stir until translucent the add the rosemary, quince jelly, and seasoning. Keep on low heat and constantly stir until all ingredients are well mixed and smooth.
Use as glaze for chicken, ribs, gammon steaks.
