Recipe
150g prosciutto
4 bulbs baby fennel, thinly sliced
2 large avocados, peeled and thickly cut
Juice of two limes
5 chicory heads,
black truffle oil
small bunch flat leaf parsley, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Gently combine all ingredients except prosciutto, serve on large dish and scatter gently scrunched prosciutto over the plate. Mouthwatering.
