Lemon grass, also known as citronella, and sereh, is great for fusion cooking because the taste and aroma combine well with all cuisines. Use whole lemon grass stalks in curries. Place two bruised lemon grass stalks in a bottle of good quality Vodka and leave for 4 days to get an infused Vodka that will add an extra kick to a Bloody Mary.
