J. Leblanc oils are of the highest quality, small-batch, handcrafted oils in the world.
For those of you who know us, the bold distinctive flavours of the oils are just the right addition to any of the recipes we present. We have always been proponents of using the very best, most flavourful oil and J. Leblanc has the oils with the difference you can taste not only in freshness, but also in flavour.
This family-owned company located in a southern village in Burgundy is relatively unchanged since it was founded in 1878. The grandson of the founder Leblanc-Jean-Charles runs the company.
The process starts with the selection of the highest-quality whole nuts. These are ground to a paste using the original granite mill. The end results are seasoning oils used to finish dishes adding layers of complexity to the taste and texture of your culinary creations.
