This family owned company located in a southern village in Burgundy France is relatively unchanged since founded in 1878. The grandson of the founder Leblanc-Jean-Charles runs the company.
The process starts with the selection of the highest quality whole nuts. These are ground to a paste using the original granite mill. The end results are seasoning oils used to finish dishes adding layers of complexity to the taste and texture of your culinary creations.
