Shell-off langoustine tail, raw, frozen, 500g

Also known as Dublin Bay prawns and Norwegian Lobster, langoustine are a delicious shellfish. These langoustine tails ensure there is no fussy shell peeling, just the mouthwatering convenience of fresh, plump langoustine tails, ready to cook in your favourite recipes. To pan fry, just toss the tails into a hot pan with some olive oil, fry for two to three minutes, sprinkle with some chilli flakes, chopped garlic, sea salt, and parsley, stir and place on warmed serving dish. De glaze the pan with verjus and serve with rustic bread. A fantastic treat. Approx 28 whole tails per pack.
