Greenlip mussels in half shell, frozen, 1Kg

These premium-quality, green-lipped mussels make a fantastic starter, or why not use them in a seafood platter to add colour and interest? The classic dish for green-lipped mussels is to serve them with a Parmesan crust:

Green lipped mussels with Parmesan crust

35 Green lipped mussels
100ml olive oil
250g breadcrumbs
100g Parmesan
bunch flat-leaf parsley
4 cloves of garlic

Place all ingredients apart from breadcrumbs and Parmesan in a food blender and blitz for two minutes. Gently stir in the breadcrumbs and Parmesan. Divide the mixture between all the mussels, spoon on top of the mussels, then place under a medium hot grill under the topping has browned and the mussels are hot.(Needs to be ordered 24 hours before delivery day)
