Foodie - an informal term for a particular class of aficionado of food and drink. The word was coined in 1984 by Paul Levy, Ann Barr, and Mat Sloan for their book The Official Foodie Handbook.

Since the launch of our eFoodie Membership club last year we have seen the our members grow to well over 2000 members (our customer consist of (but are not limited to) global Rock legends, leading Politicians/Lords/Baroness’s, QC’s, Friday night TV presenters, offspring of global media barons; and amongst many - rather deep pocketed city folk).
