This is a Sardinian pork sausage of unctuous good taste. Coarsely ground pork is encased in natural gut and air cured until a full-flavoured dry sausage is produced. Traditional in Sardinian lentil soups, it is also delicious simply sliced and placed on toasted rustic bread with a drizzle of olive oil.

Su Sirboni literally means 'the wild boar' and is a company that aims to preserve the taste of wild Sardinia using ingredients of the highest quality.
