Each tin contains 8 dozen extra large Bourgogne (Burgundy) snails (approx 800g in weight).
You can simply cook them in thier shells or in an escargot baking dish if you have one.
Add plenty of crushed garlic and a good butter to create a simple yet wonderful classic french dish, as a starter or as a main.
Enjoy with a glass of your favourite French white wine.
