Daubes are amomg the oldest dishes known to man. It is thought that French cooks took the name from the Spanish , dobar, meaning to stew. These finest ox cheeks have a succulence and flavour that will have you coming back for more.

Each daube pack has approx seven ox cheeks, enough a main meal for 10 – 12 guests.

    This is a Sardinian pork sausage of unctuous good taste. Coarsely ground pork is encased in natural gut and air cured until a full-flavoured dry sausage is produced. Traditional in Sardinian lentil soups, it is also delicious simply sliced and placed on toasted rustic bread with a drizzle of olive oil.
