Coppa 1.5kg approx
Carefully selected cuts from the neck, stuffed into a natural skin casing and carefully seasoned in a centuries-old recipe makes this a mouth-watering salami that improves with age.
Once prepared, the coppa is massaged by hand over seven days and then cellared for a minimum of 6 months.
Beautiful served with fresh figs and a light salad gently tossed with black truffle oil.
