Tomato dressing
750g beefeater tomatoes
1 lg sweet onion
50ml balsamic4leaf vinegar
1tbsp celery salt
small bunch flat leaf parsley
50ml truffle oil
Place all ingredients in blender and blitz.
Makes a fantastic fresh relish, dip or dressing.
