Recipe
Blueberry tart
Ready baked tart case, 500g blueberry puree, 100g sugar, 1tbsp cornflour mixed into 3tbsp water.
Carefully heat blueberry puree until near boil, add cornflour mixture and stir gently, low boil for two minutes, allow to cool slightly, pour into pastry case.
