Fresh French Black Leg Chicken (Exclusive)

Fresh French Black Leg Chicken (Exclusive)

Black Leg Chicken is the name given to France's premier chickens, farmed in the South West of France close to Toulouse.

These specially bred Black legged chickens are Free Range chickens that have been fed on a artisian vegetarian diet and are not massed farmed in anyway whatsoever. They are farmed in traditional humane conditions that are based on years of traditional artisian methods.

The meat gained from Black Leg Chicken really is one of the best chicken meats known to chefs in the UK. Chefs love using Black Leg Chicken in their dishes as it has more flavour than other breeds. The black Leg Chicken is everything that a supermarket chicken isn't....The flavour is simply amazing. Must be tried.

Each bird comes plucked, head-on, feet-on, drawn but inclusive of liver and kidneys inside.

Each full chicken weighs betweeen 1.6kg - 2.1kg per bird.
