Black Leg Chickens are France's premier chickens, farmed in the South West of France close to Toulouse.
These specially bred Black legged chickens are free range chickens that have been fed on a artisan vegetarian diet, free range, and are not massed-farmed in anyway whatsoever. Traditional humane conditions that are based on years of traditional artisan methods.
The meat gained from Black Leg Chicken is the best chicken meat known to chefs throughout Europe. They love using Black Leg Chicken in their dishes as it has more flavour than other breeds - simply amazing and must be tried.
Each full chicken weighs approx 1.6kg.
