Sicoly is a renowned cooperative of farms and farmers near Lyon. They have complete control over every part of the harvesting and processing of the fruits they grow and import. The excellence of the fruit and the careful freezing make this product a perfect ingredient for sorbets, cocktails, puddings, or just swirled into Mascarpone for a wholesome treat. - All the purees are 90% freshly harvested fruit and 10% sugar used as a natural preservative, nothing else, purity and taste combined for a wonderful food experience.
